iii.        Notice that donors of $25 or more must provide their full name and
            street address.

iv.        Notice that donors of $100 or must provide their full name, street address,
            occupation, and name of employer (if self-employed, name of business). 

2. Additional Information Required for Auction.

A.        Bidders must be notified of the fair market value of the item, and that an amount paid for an item that exceeds the fair market value is a campaign contribution.

B.        All buyers must provide their name and address, and those who pay $100 or more will be disclosed, even if not a contribution.
